KETTLEBELL AMPD: Kettlebell AMPD is the newest fitness craze.  It combines kettlebell workouts with music to give you a total body workout. 

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Circuit training consists of different stations to give you a total body workout.

This class is 70% weights and 30% cardio.

This class is designed with your athlete in mind.  It is designed to help your athlete condition during the off season or help with improvements during the season.
