Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core

A small class for heavy lifting of free weights.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Circuit training consists of different stations to give you a total body workout.

KETTLEBELL AMPD: Kettlebell AMPD is the newest fitness craze.  It combines kettlebell workouts with music to give you a total body workout. 

This class is 70% weights and 30% cardio.

30 mins of High Intensity Interval Training and 30 mins of butts and guts

This class involves all resistance bands for all types of exercises.

Not your traditional yoga.  Buti Yoga incorporates tribal dance and stretch.
